You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account billing portal. Upon cancellation, your PRO benefits will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, and no further charges will occur.
Please email us at support@13fwhale.com with the subject "Refund Request", including your account email or transaction ID. Our support team will process your request within 24 hours. Refunds are credited back to your original payment method (typically within 3-5 business days).
